Hard to say without seeing specifics. Tracking through a url shortener or other third party tracker works fine as long as they go through the correct hoplink structure

You'd need to get the buyer list for your traffic from the seller/offer owner. You do see the receipt number in your CB account so you could also have the customer confirm it with you.
