Dylan, thank you so much. I seriously went from 225 ft max to getting a little flip out of my destroyer pushing 300+ ridiculous how the smallest thing can bring it all together.
Interesting approach that might help, but it does feel like a bit of a compromise as that seems to open your shoulders early. I'll have to test it though and see how it works. Btw, THE most simple way to fix the biggest issues with your left arm is going Jakub Semerad route and just grab your left pocket throughout the throw. He throws pretty far so I don't think it's a big mistake and will help many who struggle with the left arm.
Looks like you are creating new issues for your shoulders/timing/release? If you look at drew and simon their off hand never goes past their back hip. So they can keep their shoulders straight. Im no expert but based on other youtube content on the subject this might get you some new form trouble. Good luck tho and good job keeping the content flowing 👍
I suggest getting a pro pull and do 100 reps a day of “forced” form and after a couple of weeks you will make the same form on the pro pull on the course
Every so called instructor is going to show you what works best for them doesn't mean it works for everyone I say Learn the basic technique and the rest will eventually follow 😉.

I personally think this video flew under the radar. I'm happy this helped you!
Good stuff! I've actually been working on this exact thing!
Thanks dude
Question: When does your punch start in relation to your front foot? Is it down before you punch? Or maybe just the toe?
Thanks.
I believe its optimal that your foot should be planted fairly early. So id say before
@@IceBergTV Thanks for the response. This has made a difference already. I find your tutorials the right amount of information to digest at one time.
