I should get mine this week. I loved the FWD.

I was surprised to discover that the Flow was 3 g lighter than the Vanish tempo. Of course, it's still "slower" (mainly because of the foam), but it's definitely longer at the same time (the Tempo being a bit too short and the Flow a bit too long for me in the same size).

I'm curious about the Flow's sidewalls. I'm a forefoot striker but need some stability (I'm getting over Baxter's Entrapment in my heel), but found the Form sidewalls were too much. My fifth metatarsal protrudes on the outside of both feet (slight bump) and over the past 2 years I've broken it on both feet running in Saucony Endo Speeds (snapping on the plate). Ideally, I prefer to stay in neutral shoes, especially since the industry seems to have taken stability shoes to sidewalls/guardrails which are simply not going to work if it's on the outside -- I've yet to see these sidewalls limited to the medial side.

In which model does the foot sit deepest in the shoe?

Is the tongue gusseted on the Experience Form?🦋👣
Question answered in the video, what a shame, I wish Altra would gusset the tongues of all their shoes in the future!🦋👣

I love everything about the form but the place above my toes is weirdly firm and hurts. Ugh

I got mine. They’re basically the FWD with a more breathable upper and the laces and tongue off the Torin 7. They run a half size longer than the FWD. If you have to get the latest model of things then get them you won’t regret it. But you could also get the discounted FWD and the underfoot feel is identical. They’re firm but roll well. If you look squishy shoes like NB then don’t get these.

Have you tried speed 4? Similar firmness?
