As much as I love the NSMB series... NSMB2 was dissapointing, it has the best Level Design but it barely adds something new to it aside coins... The last Bowser fight was dissapointing even if the castle was amazing to play, the tower and castles battles were pretty repetitive, etc. It wasnt a bad game but it did just what NSMBWII and NSMBU already did but worse imo

The dragon fight in Mario odyssey was so out of place for a Mario game and that’s what I love about it. I also just absolutely love anything related to dragons
Yeah, Super Mario World’s Reznor fight is way more memorable than the final Bowser. Also, in Super Mario 1, all of the Bowsers are fake except the final one. Defeat them with fireballs to see this; using fireballs on the final Bowser and seeing that it’s *actually* Bowser falling down? So very satisfying.

Probably the first Copy Cat vid I'm not happy with as a viewer.... there were some where I felt like "Oh he dislikes this cause it's hard" but then here it's like "oh okay, Majority is final bosses.... wheres the suspense?!" then again, I'm aware that Mario 1 has only "one" boss, it being Bowser and the seven fake bowsers... sure they get new moves and attacks, but apart from that, it's not like let's say in Mario 3, the Koopalings are more or less distinct memorable fights, same in World.

I just got odyssey for the first time (I didn’t have the money to get a switch when they came out and I just recently got mine a few months ago) and I have to say the boss battles are awesome so far. For such early game bosses they’ve been fairly challenging and really cool. I’m so impressed with the game in general so far
@@galarstar052 How. Let me explain. You get two of each Pipe Battles and two of each seesaw battle as well as two of each shrinking room battles. And he does jump and shoot fire. And sometimes he will jump off screen he was programmed with a more interesting fight than the rest of the Koopa Kids.
@@16ktsgamma sure he's more unique but his fight in of itself is not that interesting. It's fun, sure, but i much prefer the seesaw mechanics or the pipe ones. Morton and Roy are pretty easy so i'd say Ludwig is better than them but otherwise he's middle of the road, similar to his number in the game (which i always thought was weird, Ludwig has always been a late game koopaling but in this one he's the fourth?)

You should include paper mario and thousand year door in these, there's so much weirdness and great bosses and wacky levels, i think would really fit a lot of your videos. But i get they're a bit removed from the main Mario games.
Super Mario land was a boss battle like no other. I guess it was easy for anyone who looked on the internet to find out how to beat him. That shit was such a battle for anyone born in 1985-90

What are you talking about? So many things from Mario 2 became mainstays of the franchise. Shyguy, Birdo to name a few. But the reason game play elements haven't been revisited is that Mario 2 isn't really a Mario game. Its a reskin of a Japanese only Famicom game called Doki Doki Panic (thought everyone knew that) and Lost Levels is the REAL SMB2

No no no no no :( where is the roller coaster fight from Sunshine. Sure it is not that hard in retrospective, but it was so different and thickened the plot to a point I feel it should be mentioned.
Funny for Sunshine, a lot of people I know HATED the King Boo and Eely-Mouth fights (I definitely hate the latter). King Boo because of techical RPG goes into play (I had a round where I got 5 of the darn enemy things and I almost died to a bunch of those Stu's on fire) and Eely-Mouth because underwater physics.
Some of my favorite boss fights come from Bowser Jr in Super Mario Bros Wii: Being able to ride other clown karts and bashing Jr into electricity. Or the final battle with Jr where you have to ground-pound near a Spike ball and send it back to him. For me it was very enjoyable when i've played this game for the first time, expecially with a friend or 2.

You didn’t get the third bowser fight which happens in the world before world bowser and is the same as the one in world one, only harder

Funny for Sunshine, a lot of people I know HATED the King Boo and Eely-Mouth fights (I definitely hate the latter). King Boo because of techical RPG goes into play (I had a round where I got 5 of the darn enemy things and I almost died to a bunch of those Stu's on fire) and Eely-Mouth because underwater physics.
What about Super Mario Bros. The Lost Levels and New Super Mario Bros. 2?

The Super Mario Galaxy boss looks like Gotsumon from Digimon
Some of my favorite boss fights come from Bowser Jr in Super Mario Bros Wii:
Being able to ride other clown karts and bashing Jr into electricity.
Or the final battle with Jr where you have to ground-pound near a Spike ball and send it back to him.
For me it was very enjoyable when i've played this game for the first time, expecially with a friend or 2.
