Do you care about marathoning? Perhaps not -- but give me a follow on Instagram anyway. Would love to keep up more tightly.

The marathon is a great equalizer. It doesn’t care about our thoughts or feelings or goals. Or the weather. Or anything else. Maybe that’s why I love it so much! Congrats on Grandma’s, great effort. You and I were about a minute apart (plus a year, 2023), ran almost even splits of 7:55-8:05.

I love this video bro. I ran my first marathon 4:24. Went couch to marathon in 90 days with no prior experience. Wanted a sub 4 hour and absolutely blew up at mile 20. Currently 2.5 months out from my next marathon, Budapest with a great coach for this prep. Aiming to shave an hour off and run a sub 3:24. Ambitious, but I resonated with the video. The grind of the miles is a beautiful thing. Good luck with your next race bro, rooting for you

I think coaching honestly helps a lot. Helps avoid injury and keeps yourself accountable. Doing my first block currently with a coach and there definitely is a difference.

Hi Nikhil, could you drop a video where you kind of explain how you train? I believe it's something that everyone would be excited to see!
I know, you're not being a fitness influencer on here but a little outline around how your training is conducted would be really helpful! Especially how you incorporate your weight training as well as running trainings together.
Back here in India, the climate is much warmer so the running part does take some effort to sustain albeit I enjoy it but could you suggest any alternative or is it fine to stick to weight training only?

Amazing video as always with lots of great insights. To be honest, I'm not really sure why this needs to be posted on an entirely different channel, but if that's what works for you, so be it!
