I dont see anything wrong with keeping the music of Badfinger alive! If anybody should sing it, Joey should be the one, R.I.P. Pete, and Tommy!
And Mike!
@@easy56wedgethe badfinger drummer
Unfortunately, he’s deceased.
Joey Molland you are in my hall of fame.
Any time I visit my very best friend's gravesite, I sing this to her. She made me promise when she was alive that I would sing THIS song at her funeral. I did...and still do.
❤
The Beatles & Badfinger. Two motivations why I became a musician when was blessed with a 25-year career.. 🙏🙏💜☮
The man can flat out sing. Badfinger forever ♥️.
That drummer was excellent. Nobody could beat them like Mike, though.
Regardless of a band's drummer loss...there is always someone else to fill the seat. It's just life!
One of the greatest rock songs of all time! Thanks guys.
Joey Molland's guitar is some of the greatest ever!!
Joey was one of my biggest influences. I doubt that he knows how great he is.
Legendary guitar for one of the most classic pop once in music history. Thanks Joey. Keep on Rockin’.
Thank you for keeping this beautiful music alive.
Rock & Roll! Thanks Joey, and great to see Mark Hudson plug Badfinger's hit by Pete Ham the classic "Baby Blue"!
To jam with a legend = awesome.
Drums and bass were really locked on.
Indeed!!
Absolutely Stellar. Possibly the most beautiful song ever.
Long live Joey!
Met Joey and Mike Gibbons back in 1989 in Allentown Pa and Joey again about 2000 here in Casselberry Florida great guys and very easy to talk to
Saw a touring Badfinger act with Molland and they were terrific.
Joey is the only one left,he can certainly use the Badfinger name
Amazing, tears of joy.
Beautiful - still has it. I play that song on my Gibson SG - lots of bar chords.
I was watching a Rick Beato vid on Baby Blue, and he insists Joey used a capo on the recording. But, you could do it with barre chords.
RIP Walter White
Bad ass drummer, these guys sound 👍 together ✌️
Sweet, Hank Schrader in the audience.
YOU'RE GODDAMN RIGHT!
Love that song. They did it right!
Great voice. 👍
Molland Looks like McCartney in many ways
McCarthy wrote songs for them
He looks nothing like McCartney
Zombie post, but the whole band are all such talented musicians. Bass!
That was really excellent. I loved it.
Would have been GREAT to see Mark sing this Classic.
Guinness Goodness
Ummmm. I'm pretty sure that if you're going to cover another band's song with a member of that band playing with you, you should probably let the guy sing it.
@@davecarsley8773 Joey Molland didn't write or sing this song. He only played guitar on the original. Pete Ham wrote and sang it. Joey wasn't half the singer Pete was even in their heyday, and he really butchers it here. Mark would have sounded better singing on this one.
@@keviniles8748 Ease down sparkle bottom...you are obviously a moronic imbecile.
@@WilliamHMusic-oldschool Well now that's not a very nice thing to say! Very very naughty!
AWESOME!!! Wish I could have been there!
drummer on point
Stellar.
NO CAPO!
Wonder if that is the same SG Gibson he played with Badfinger. If it is god looks like it is in great shape.
Joey is so cute :3
Great song, I posted my Version last week
what's jesse and badger doing on bass?
Remember
Who is the drummer?
Say my name !
What was the instrument played by Joey Molland in the group of Badfinger..
Lead guitar for Joey, but sometimes Pete would do the lead.
such a horrible story what happened to the band and 2 members of the band. music industry can be such assholes
man, you got that right. that dog manager deserves to be sent to a prison in Bangkok and beaten....
Rand U. Polley lived a lavish life until he passed away into HELL at 87.
Remember when Bobby Gentry quit the biz after her huge hits. She didn't want to deal with the music industry anymore.
Is the drum behind the beat slightly?
Is that the George Harrison SG
No, Jim Isray (spelling may be off) owns the Paperback Writer guitar now.
Isray is owner of the Baltimore Colts and is a big time collector.
Молодёжь курит в сторонке 👍👍👍
All for keeping these songs alive, but this isn’t remotely Badfinger. Ringo Starr doesn’t tour as the Beatles.
who is in the band? house band?
Terrible camera work! Joey Molland is still fab!!
What can you say? (:
Would of been nice to see the other band members... Poor camera work. 😖
would of been nice to understand it should go 'would have been'
Great performance - bad video post production effects take away from it all.
Hudson is such a hack. Joey sounds great though
Awful voice, awful that he's not butchering one of his own tunes instead of ruining something else belonging to Pete Ham.
Agree!!
You do know when he plays these the Ham Estate including Pete's daughter make royalty money?
I thought he sounded very good, he missed a couple of power vocals but i was ok with that, to me its just great hearing him sing after the tragedies that happened to his bandmates. I kept thinking i wish they would have had the strength to perservere instead of committing suicide, just such a waste of talent and life.
There's no need to talk that way of a very talented person only trying to bring honor and memory to his old friend! I grew up with his son's and I can tell you that they didn't have a lot of money. They have something Way more important! They have memories!
@@salvitoripopadillo4539 Did Pete's daughter get any of those "memories?" What about Tom's son?
BTW, which one of Joe's kids had "problems with the law?"
Sad. Joey making money off a songs he did not write or sing.
Sorta like Frank Sinatra?
No, not sad at all, he has that right. What is sad is suicides taking the lives of two extremely talented musicians.
How many hits to Elvis write? Not many if any.
Yeah, those awful people who didn't write their own songs. Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Judy Garland, Bunch of wannabees.
He did play guitar on it as a member of Badfinger.
That's the same 🎸 on the classic legend!!!!
The drummer is good.
