all your works are so neat and inspires me a lot. I was dng terracotta jewellery four years back. Later i did not continue doing it due to personal reasons. Now i really regret for my biggest mistake. You are inspiring. After started watching your video i have resumed doing my terracotta jewellery again... Thank you .. Keep inspiring us 😍Lots of love from Akshaya
Hi Neha maam 😃Happy Deepawali I some had missed watching this video of yours!!Nice idea indeed .. Infact I had tried tried doing this imprinting technique using beautiful blocks (Jaipuri Blocks) it really came out very well n my customers loved n purchased them too .. For painting on them I initially used to apply a base coat of black or any other dark colours n then using a metallic gold ,Siver copper etc dabbed using fingers on d embossed parts of d design n d result was awasome!! I a really bored of doing this type of painting ,,,My request is if you can show a demo of painting it in a different way I would be very much thankful to you 😃one more thing I would want to share with you is that ..I have tried beautiful oxidised pendants n earrings in d place of d block- printing Blocks ... even this looks classic when done on clay !!! As always I am addicted to your videos n d way you narrate d procedures !! You are my Guru for helping me to Improvise on my skills in each n every new piece I am making .. I love d impression you make using that tiny little NOZZLE you have .. your signature Design .. can be seen almost every piece you make .. I ❤️ that .. I am looking for that lovely little tool!!🤗😁
Thank you so much for your generous feedback. I am glad the block printing/pressing method worked well for you. With regard to painting you are always switch to a brush of you would like to move away from the dabbing the method. You could also try adding a dots along the borders. I'll try making a video on that sometime. Happy to know you like our other designs too. A good alternative to the nozzle is ruclips.net/video/Ax-NoFUoCQo/видео.html
Thankyou for your response 😃N also thnx for d nozzle idea .. presently I am using d same .. I mean d steel writing tip turned inside out 🤗🤗 .. of course I use brushes for normal Terrakota designs but I just wanted to know how do I go about while painting d design got from Block print imprinting ??Maam d clay u use is so good .. i residein south Bangalore I usually purchase clay from clay station .. even that is fine .. can I find Terrakota clay better than this ??
Thank you! Usually I pair these kind of pendants with small jhumkas with neutral patterns but the same color combination to match the pendant. I don't make bangles, sorry. Never been comfortable with making it.
@@tamlalwani sure! Making a bangle using coil method should be doable. But it's sustainability even after firing is risky. They can be delicate. But do give it shot. Might be fun!:)
Very beautiful mam the pins u used is it ready made pins or any special variety pins have to use where its available please share the link to buy the wires nd mention the name of the wire
Thank you! If you are planning to glaze the piece then powder helps. It's great for absorption of excess moisture so it can be substituted with the purpose oil has in this case.
I get it fired in an electric kiln. One can get that done in a pottery studio. Regarding no - bake clay, I have always used natural clay, so I won't be the right person to suggest options on no-bake clay.
Sorry but I don't know where you might get the best air dry clay. You can try on hobby stores like itsy bitsy. But I don't use air dry clay, so I may not be able to provide much information on that. Sorry.

Is Calcom powder necessary for making clay??

Is this pendant is heavy?..
Not very heavy. Also you can choose how big or small you want the piece to be based on the block you use.
Thank you soo much
Can we use silicone moulds? Instead of blocks?
If you get this kind of an imprint on silicon, sure you can!
How to bake this jewellery ? Is there any no bake clay available ?
