Truly superb! I’ve driven through the Barnesmore Gap many times in my car….seeing the occasional lonely lineside telegraph pole. It would be wonderful to see the railway working this section again! I wish the CDR all the best! Rob in Bournemouth, Dorset in England.

Hi Mark What a wonderful collection of archive footage, what a lovely railway it must have been 'back in the day'. I can see now why people model it, it is a real travesty that there isn't any of it left. I think if your group could get even a short section running again, the tourism sector would really benefit from it. I wish it all success. Thanks

The Irish Rail doesn't build of new railway network in Donegal, Cavan, and Monaghan (DCM) services in Ulster Area Network both with NI Railways???
    Thank you

When railways are reinstated in Donegal, Cavan and Monaghan it would be by Irish Rail. NI Railway covers only the 6 counties of Ulster that are in the North.
