Would you really want a duabeetus firebird? The modern camaro is a fugly shitbox for morons. Rage against the wimpy losers who took away our real cars instead of trying to be like them in a different skin.
So cool....just like the current Acura commercial with bits from the original Integra ads from mid-90s. Love those grainy videos and both their tops popping off like a soda can lock👍
Right. They advertised in 1993, this one in 1994, and finally again in 1998. Pretty much about it. They had the best performance value and styling cars on the planet that were also still practical for daily use, but barely cared about selling them it seems.
Back when GM actually made respectable cars. Ive kistvalk respect for the General sincecthey killed Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Saturn, Hummer, and Saab. The company is run by comple idiots today.
The success of these type cars depends on female buyers. Mustang has always appealed to females, and always sold well. Only so many people buy the hi-po Formula, Trans Am, Firehawk, GT, Cobra etc new. It's the bread and butter V-6 cars that have to sell well so the model will succeed.
Love the 4th gens, especially 98-02.
Damn right! They are head turners for sure 👍
It's now 20 years since they stopped making the fabulous Firebird :( What a loss to the automotive world.

The styling is everlasting!
I do love the 4th gen firebird, my Dad loves driving his '70's firebird when he so young.

Love my Maple Red Metallic 2002 TransAm Convertible…..
The 90s and 2000s was a really weird time for cars.
Perhaps, but at least they didn't report your literal every move and word to the govt like today's cars. 🤮
I have a 4th gen mine is a 1994 model with a LT1 v8
93 Trans Am here .
I miss the Firebird/Trans Am. I also miss when GM cared about their pony cars enough to spend money on advertisements

Excelente auto... diseño que nunca pasa de moda...
I'm not only approving this message I drive one every day in 2022. Buy one now
Why can’t they make cool commercials like this anymore
Coolest Firebird
have my 97 ws6 t-top sitting in my garage right now! out on sunny days only..........when she wants to eat mustangs
This commercial is from 1993-1997, not 1999.
He said he recorded this commercial in 99. Details. Details.
@@camaro69green31 The Firebird was facelifted for 98. This commercial was likely aired in either 95 or 96.
The perfect AD👌
Cool
Where was this tape stored? In the basement of the water company?
Lol. The tape was over 20 years old at the time of conversion and wasn’t exactly intended as a time capsule.
lmao @ the 2 airbags
Cheddar cheese
C Band noise

Never liked that front end on the early 4th gen
I never liked the rear end either -too fat.
It was for aerodynamics. That's why the formula was faster than the trans am. It was sleeker and more aerodynamic.
@@Naturalhit
Yes, but at what cost? A clown car appearance? No thanx.
@@Naturalhit and lighter
The first, second and third generation Firebirds/Trans Ams were better.
Best looking Firebirds were early 2nd and pre-lift 3rd generation.
It was designed for women. The only good thing about it was the engine.
My ass it was, I'd rip one and I love old + new muscle.
Then I`m a woman! :)
With a handle of James Bond, you sir must be a complete DOUCHE!
@@timsacco6g694 He is not a real James Bond, hence, he does not know what he is talking about.
