I'm super excited for this! Finally we are getting a brand new Revenge of the sith Anakin! But how can you not like the VC13 Anakin? That figure is goated and the best ROTS Anakin figure to ever be released.
So many figures to get this and next year in general, it’s crazy for swBS . Vc, mcfarlane dc , marvel legends and imports is another whole story and bunch of figures
I'm in the not for me category. So many other figures fans are screaming for and we get yet another Vader. How many do they think we need ? As for Anakin meh. These three pack would be better put to use if they had three not so popular / background figures that the fans really want.
I think it's a fantastic set. Definitely saved the best for last! I've already seen a lot of criticism regarding the red saber, soft goods for the lower tabards, and the colors not matching closer to the Clone Wars micro series.
The 3 packs make tvc for me. Got back into collecting the line when I picked up the like sdcc three pack. Idk what it is but the 3 Packs just seem perfect
Amazing release. I see some people moaning about reuse and I agree TVC has relied heavily on reuse in it’s time but this is GOOD reuse. This set is incredible and a very very welcome addition to the line. We’ve been waiting forever for a definitive Anakin Skywalker and we’re finally getting it and the update to the Emperor’s Wrath Vader is warranted on the new EPIC Vader sculpt. Plus why not with a nice spin on the new clone wars Anakin to finish it off. 11/10 on this one.
Super excited about this release! However Vader's gloves are inaccurate. He's shown wearing the horizontal ANH stripes. In ROJ the glove stripes are vertical.
@@carminecdinoproductions Doesn't need to be because it already is! The pics with the wrong gloves appear to be the hand painted prototype while the production sample in the box in another pic has the right gloves.

I'm down for this set. The last time I bought a rots Anakin he had those stupid swivel jointed elbows, and I like a newer one. And I need that Vader too.
I like the clone wars Anakin with the cape from 2003 it adds up being darth vader foreshadowment in the coming war against rebellions. Anakin from ep. 3 looks good nice update to the old one that doesn't use swivel elbows. And the old vc one goes for lots of money. And theyre packing the lightning wrath vader again in this assortment. Instead of lightning wrath i may have gone for Ghost anakin after he ascends from his death. Ghost anakin is his final form after he dies. Hes still in the darth vader suit when he picks the emperor & chucks him down the shaft. Id like see three pack ghosts. In 3 inch scale. They did it with black series. Scale it down hasbro. And it may work. Look forward seeing han solo and ben kenobi revealed in the vintage collection. Where are they hasbro? I'm waiting for them. Luke hasn't come out yet not til next year. Same with the snowtrooper & dr. Evazan.
i am buying one of those Anakins when they are sold by themselves, don't care about these packs. having said that, the core characters should always be available as way to get into the line.
I'd rather have a figure sculpt of the original Anakin Skywalker as portrayed by Sebastian Shaw in Return of the Jedi and that was part of the 'Last 17' on the original 'Power Of The Force' line in 1984-85.
I'm not a Pulse member, but I'm hoping to maybe get these. The 2 pre-suited figures look incredibly awesome, as does the zapped Darth Vader. I wanna get a Clone Wars era Anakin & also a Revenge of the Sith Anakin that can hold the lightsaber with 2 hands, but I don't wanna have to dish out $40.00+ for 1 that's already out. If I could get 2 of the pre-suited Darth Vader figures like this, I'd wanna try to paint the eyes to give him the more Anakin look. Now that I've seen this, I also hope we get an Obi-Wan Kenobi set like this, maybe with Clone Wars era Obi-Wan, Revenge of the Sith Obi-Wan & maybe either an Iob-Wan series Obi-Wan or Episode IV Obi-Wan. Just an idea.
This is absolutely AWESOME. Very creative concept, and some great stand out details on the figures that make them distinctive. I wonder - between this and also last week's Thrawn Trilogy 3 pack, have these 2 announcements been enough to turn the tide of negativity and unhappiness for collectors regarding the year as a whole? I also think it was a Mando repack-heavy dud of a year, but these two final 3 packs have really lifted my spirits, and have me feeling hopeful about 2025. Curious what everyone else thinks.
@@BossksBounty in and out hinge is useless for any weapon holding purposes. It literally is a motion you never employ while holding a weapon, melee or ranged.
This one is an easy pass for me, but if it leads to a definitive ROTS Anakin on a single card, and maybe a rerelease of the Vader from the end of TVC 1.0, then I still consider it a good set for the line.
I like the Anakins but I don't need a scene-specific Vader. Maybe they could've given us the horribly disfigured Anakin from right after he gets burned.
The vader is abit of a let down personally i wish he came with an extra head.. But the other two are fantastic. The only issue i really have is.. now this episode 3 anakin is here.. why would i buy the anakin clone wars on cardback??
The soft goods skirt looks atrocious! Too bad they couldn't make it plastic. The new Obi Wans and Sol have plastic skirting below the belt, and they look great (much better than soft goods.) The color of the material never match, the cloth goods never maintain a believable position, and poor packaging assures the soft goods will always be creased and never line up.
would love if they did one for Rey to get some photoreal updates on the older figures and repack of the Rise of Skywalker figure as it’s gone up to well over $50 USD carded
The Zahn 3-pack is overpriced ($50 for the Jorrus Paleon head sculpt and two pieces of extra plastic on Thrawn) as I am sure this one will be as well (re re re re packed Vader, and duplicate Anakin CW and Anakin/Vader). There was a stink raised about Jango being deluxe. There ought to be at least acknowledgment that Hasbro is gouging collectors for these latest three packs.
Meh. I am sure I am alone in this, but I have serious Vader fatigue. No interest here, especially when there are so many other things needed. Waste of a release. Now, the Heir to the Empire set from last week, that’s my speed.
I’m in the meh category. This at least the 3rd CW styled Anakin. Another ROTS Anakin Vader (although this appears to be a nice upgrade) and the 5th Vader on this body. There’s just not enough new here. I’d pick up the ROTS Anakin on the single card but the others are just not compelling for me.
