This mullet is definitely on my list of cuts to do even though some don’t like mullet I’m still going to learn different looks because not all client wants the same mullet
Finally! Someone who understands, even if yah don't like the cut yourself your costumer might request and if you can't give em their cut cause of personal reasons then I think you've stopped being a barber and you're just a home cutter.
Also learning different styles could benefit alot in different applications not necessarily the cut but aspects of it could apply to other cuts.

Although you posted this a yr ago, I just found your channel. Ty ty ty for posting this!! I've been searching for a tutorial for this exact style and texture of hair. My child wants this cut, and I haven't been able to find a stylist to do it right. I cut hair, but I'm not formally trained. The tips you gave about cutting around the ear in this were SO helpful. ❤
Spot on in the intro. I clicked on the video because I want a mullet. My hair grows so slow it takes months even a year maybe to get length. I learned how to cut my own hair but right now I’m just fading the sides and leaving everything in the back alone and hopefully when I get length I’ll go to a shop and hopefully they do as fire 🔥 of a job as you did

Aw snap. The fade and the mullet are long-estranged home boys reunited. It's the haircut of that handshake from Predator. That mullet's trying to jump off his head. Pop! No sane person would pay me to cut their hair, but so long as my kids don't know any better I'm just gonna try my best to fade with the thinning shears. Maybe graduate to the clippers when I get more confident, making a fade symmetric looks difficult.
