A couple important notes to mention: The damage multipliers only affect direct damage received and dealt by the player. The multiplier does not affect any summons, thralls, summons, or followers. You can also throw frenzy spells out and affected targets will do their normal damage. Additionally, for whatever reason the damage multiplier doesn't count poison effects as direct damage sources by the player, meaning a 10 damage poison will always deal 10 damage (Assuming the enemy doesn't have any resistance to poison).
Yeah, legendary is brutal for pure mages due to how slow destruction is to level. Especially if you are trying to avoid stealth archer gameplay. You basically need summons to take the heat off of you if you want any hope of improving it.
Agreed - I feel like it only becomes viable as soon as your enchanting is 100, which is quite a ways away on Legendary. Either that, or I am not smart, creative or good looking enough to make it work earlier.
Personaly i whould also count high elves as on of the strongest races. If your build includes any magic the 50 extra magic is a livesaver early game and gives you acess to som good spells like the bound weapons and espesialy the bound bow, that if you do it right you can use from level 1.

To be honest, I don't think any of the races are actually F tier, you can use anything and be succesful. The reason I didn't Include a high elf, is because I really wanted to focus on damage mitigation over utility and damage. But you are definitely correct - Thanks for sharing the insight!
Alchemy tip. Deathbell and river betty make a damage health\slow position both are obtainable early in the game. Deathbell can be bought in whiterun and riverbetty can be caught at the stones, Riverwood, and whiterun fishing holes

I like in Skyrim to go to the graybeards there is a guy praying and I sneak and backstab him many times leveling sneak and one handed I like to think he is sacrificing himself and feeling the pain just to help you become stronger when I'm done the room is full of blood everywhere and his back also and I'm like thank you master....
My biggest tip for legendary is to get a tanky follower. It kind of breaks the game when you have someone else taking the aggro and can whack the guys in the back. I recently did a punching only run and it's pretty much essential.

@@MedioCore remember, never dodge out of his attacks, leap forward and be VERY conservative with your attacks Also use any summons you have in the first phase, because his second phase has that hammer attack that is insanely easy to punish, so you won't be as hard pressed to find openings as his first phase, gl! :D (Day 49 btw)

High elves also the fastest race in the game, since your speed is tied to your height :)
