I love that “he” (Thorin) decides. He’s adorable.
I went for a walk yesterday and hope to do it again today and tomorrow and the next day and keep that momentum going.
Thanks for keeping me company as I get to work

So important sharing this , everything you said I’m relating too. I have been a nurse for 21 years and the last few months , my anxiety is sky high ! I can’t concentrate, I feel like shit daily . I feel like leaving my job which I love . Here in England it’s extremely hard to get any support from GPs for peri menopausal symptoms ! But I’m doing as much as I can with diet , exercise and vitamins. ❤❤❤

Steph great vlog, your dog cracks me up. 😂 Enjoyed seeing some of your stretching I need to do more of that. Getting older is so hard on our bodies. I am starting to feel frustrated and tired a lot myself. Dang girl you are strong my dumbbell would be like 5 lbs each good job. 👏 I need to set up a set up like you in my garage, after the workout it’s going to require to clean it out. 😢
    Great workout 🏋️‍♂️

Becoming older with body changes is difficult to accept. No woman has the same experience, and every woman's body reacts differently. Thank you for taking on this harsh reality. Developing a healthier lifestyle is a work in progress, and you are inspiring all of us to be kinder and better to ourselves.

I haven’t had any knee surgeries however I did sever my achlies tendon and I have a wire that holds it together. I have to stretch my tendon every morning before I get out of bed or my leg gives out. I have done lots of therapy on it and now it’s just a matter of keeping extra weight off of it so again I need to loose weight and stretch as much as possible. Because I have the wire holding it together it don’t get a full movement of my leg and it actually has stiffen my hip because my hip can’t do the full motion since my leg can’t stretch that far

I was kind of the same as you with weight. I was 118 lbs when I got pregnant with my son and when my water broke I was 202. I didn’t like that and I worked hard to loose my weight I got down to 130-135 and I thought that was “big”. 9 and a half years later I had my daughter and she is 3 now and I haven’t lost the baby weight from from. I look back to when I weighed 130-135 when I thought I was big and I think wow I wish I was that size again

I wish my health and spine were not so bad. I am going to control what I can.. Unfortunately I struggle just to walk around and its with a cane especially outside.
I am going to continue my keto as usual as I did lose 191 pounds but gained back 61 pounds. I am.a diabetic but because of how I eat my a1c has gone no higher then a 5.2.
    Its usually a 5 to 5.1 if I do total clean I have been as low as a 4.6 to a 4.9.
I will look into some light hand weights and maybe exercises I possibly could do in bed. Im not allowed on any machines with my Crps ( RSD) severe spinal and other issues.
