Woweee kazowee!! Went back and did this one for a nice long Saturday workout! Perfect combo of steady state, abs and then some hiit!!! Thought I was gonna stop after the core section but I figured an extra 5 minutes I could do...and got it done! Thanks Kay! :)

I love the variety of without weighst exercises, I always trust to come back here whenever I get bored or sore from weights. Kaykay would it be possible to only change sometimes the music background?
This workout was 🔥🔥🔥all the new moves and explosive moves!!!! I kept up with you the whole time except I have to modify on the kneeling squat jumps. I don’t see how you can go from sitting on your knees go a jump 😮😮😮😮 I need some training points!!!! You are the best ❤❤❤
I like going to the gym to do the heavy compound exercises. Then throw some longer weights+cardio type workouts at home. It's a good balance! Thanks for this!
Decided to start this week with something “savage” and long 😁 This one is just perfect 🥰 Not easy but soo much energizing 🤩 Can it be true that burpees are now among my favorite exercises?! 😍 You make the magic! Thank you! ❤
This was my first try at a 60 minute. Only made it half thru. I loved every minute of it! I love all the moves incorporated to give a full body weighted workout. ❤
It was intense. I don't have words to express. You are incredible. It was challenging. It pushed me up to limits. Most of the variations were new. Like the new things. Also love the cool down, one of them was difficult to bend leg and hold it backward from hand. The workout was a full package. I like that you the whole workout without having a sip of water, I do the opposite drink almost 1 litre of water😅. Incredible ❤
My new favorite 😍 It's hard to recognize a favorite when every time I train with kaykay it is amazing 🤭 The burpee star things... I tried them and I did it 🎊 that's my new favorite move. I'd love to see more 🎉🎉 Thank you ❤️
