We as kingdom believers have at our disposal the loyal core of the midway creatures brotherhood. I believe this would make an excellent topic to discuss.

I have really enjoyed this new opportunity to hear others perspectives. Listening to this
New and bold idea thatthe adJunct mind spirits and other spirit ministries empowering us and working with our Evolutionaries tendencies to rise up and return good for evil. well done guys and I look forward to future broadcast. An idea that I’ve been thinking about for for sometime and it may make for a very interesting conversation is the word POTENTIAL and how often and how important it seems to be associated with our unique personalities. I really believe that Jesus not only saw us but, he saw in us our potential and that made it so much easier for him to love and forgive his children.

Thanks so much for your comment! I agree with what you’re saying about potential. That’s an important insight. Btw, your comment inspired our recent podcast about reaching our true potential. Take a look, if you haven’t already. I hope it’s helpful!

Hi Guys, you've done it again. Important & challenging topic for us to utilize these days. Two minor comments 1) for positive actions use the term assertive rather than aggressive; 2) where was the bright and beautiful Mr Kitty? Love you! and keep it up :)

Thanks, Pam! Good to see your comment. Mr Kitty apparently had another appointment… Lol
Regarding Jesus’s instruction to the apostles about being “aggressive,” the term, as used in the book, has a positive meaning that is clear from the context and the accompanying modifiers, as in the examples below. I’m not sure that the term “assertive” conveys quite the same meaning.
159:5.9 Jesus required his followers to react positively and aggressively to every life situation.
94:0.1 Urantia has never had more enthusiastic and aggressive missionaries of any religion than these noble men and women who carried the teachings of Melchizedek over the entire Eastern Hemisphere.
122:7.2 Joseph was authorized to register for his family - but Mary, being an adventurous and aggressive person, insisted on accompanying him.
      Speaking of Jesus himself:
139:8.7 …so pure and innocent but at the same time so virile, aggressive, and forceful…

This is such an important topic! This very concept of turning the other cheek was the reason of my vague resistance to accept religion since early childhood. Not until I discovered UB thanks to your interview with Gary Tonge, (which I quite magically and unexpectedly was led to via my love of sci-fi), did I fully understand it. BTW, another confusing for me topic was how sinners are more dear to God than normal people who don't do bad things. And one more: those who already have will be given more. Seemed unjust at least. Then I've heard that it refers to faith. Thank you.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I agree that some of these teachings can seem puzzling at first. It’s not the sin, of course, that brings joy to the heart of God, but the courageous decision to turn away from sin. And regardless of what we do, we know that God’s parental love does not have favorites. We are all loved equally. Regarding the “slothful steward,” I take that as a warning that goes with the idea that we can’t stand still. If we’re not growing, we’re at risk of losing the gifts we’ve been given. And yes, that very much applies to our growth in faith, I think.
