Not sure if this has happened to anyone else but when I got mine from Amazon the charger has a Europe plug on it not a US fitting. Amazon can't help me with parts and the company that makes it is impossible to get a hold of. I ordered a plug converter ($6.00 on Amazon) to see it that works. If not I'm returning it.
