Love this song. Have heard dozens of renditions, but this is my favorite (Gaelic storm and Celtic thunder’s versions are also quite nice). Simple and sweet

Dermott Studio I love both of the new albums. So far Black is the Colour is my favorite from The Contender, and When You Were Sweet Sixteen from Traditionally Yours. I have practically worn out How Great Thou Art. Please keep the albums coming!
Susan Walters My favorite from The Contender is The Dark Island, its a little bit more peppy than some of the other songs. I enjoy all the songs on the album, and there all beautiful, but sometimes I need a little vigor.
Dermott Studio Oh, I agree. And I've thought many times that it is fleeting for me to say what my favorite songs are, because they change as my mood changes. Sometimes I need to feel pensive, and other times more hopeful and upbeat. Bring on the vigorous songs you may have been hoarding -- your recorded repertoire is amazing and more is eagerly awaited. Perhaps also a children's album? And some with your introductory stories included?
The only children's album is, I forget what its called, but there is only two songs, and there not really that good :) I do agree with what you said about my music taste changes when my mood changes.
