Right there arrest this thief,am a banker by profession and have hands on experience more than 16yrs now.Why did he check account details in absence of ac holder, to make matters worse he asked for ATM pin and again to interrogate a client refer to customer service and only deal with with cash deposit/withdraw

Asking for the password is what will send him to jail for fraud. Tellers can access any account and see the activity from their computers..they dont need ATM passwords of the clients. So this is an ordinary thief.
