hi good job on water tanks, like fuel water can look clean but worth putting water filter on hose between water tap and boat . and pre boat kichen tap water clean in med but north africa and south . carry spare fillters . a sea water manual pump at sink saves a lot of fresh water... to first wash dishes, manuel water pump good idea as back up ,if electric pump fails and saves water, if small pipe fitted . A soda stream for fizz uses no power but is good for sundowners and makes water more exciting ,

Hi Neville, as always thank you for your advice.
We do have a manual sea water tap in the kitchen. I agree! that is a great solution for saving water from the tanks when washing dishes.
In the future we plan to install a watermaker but considering it is a tad expensive..we won’t rush it, so cheaper water filters could be a good solution for now.
      Best, Nat & Ziggy

Just ran across your great channel today. We went back to your beginning. I must say the condition of your water pipes, makes us worry what ours looks like. Too bad about the lead ballast not being gold ballast. Keep up the great work.
Have a great day. Cheers from Pacific Northwest Washington

Yes, definitely check the state of your water pipes, the thought we were drinking that water is gruesome really 😅
Glad to hear you enjoy our channel! 🙏☺️

Good video. Nice editing. Too few videos to grow your channel. But, then maybe that is not priority.

Thank you for your honest opinion. Still learning how to edit :) trying to get more comfortable with camera as well.
Because we are not full time live aboard a yet it is hard to create content and be consistent, we both still work full time to be able to make a living :) but the ultimate goal is to leave it all behind and live aboard Squalo, creating content and sharing our experience with others.

Is there anyway you could put a mouldable plastic tank inside?

That is definitely possible, but I guess sanding it, patching up with new glass mat plus fresh epoxy paint will make it look as good as new and will last for years. I know it is way more work than putting new plastic one instead 🤦🏼‍♀️
