I will say I was hoping to get a video out sooner, but I spent some time juggling different project ideas before I settled on this one. This one also took longer to make than I expected. Some random trivia about this video: - Algodoo crashed far too many times while making the final leg. Turns out spawning hundreds of background objects constantly isn't something Algodoo wasn't designed to handle. - The color scheme of the final leg is actually a reference to the winner of the original Season 1, Pink. Originally the final leg was going to have a blue and yellow color scheme. - The last few obstacles before the ending star plinko in the final leg actually come from Algorox's old races, which were what inspired me to begin making marble races in the first place. - Many balloon designs weren't seen in the first leg because for some reason the design with my new logo spawned 3 times, taking up a large portion of the "rare" balloon spawns. - The theme leg 2 got was originally supposed to go to leg 3, and the original planned theme for leg 2 was an underwater theme. I didn't want to draw fish though. - Leg 1 is rather laggy running at normal speed because I implemented a visual effect that you probably didn't even notice. (It's not laggy in the video because I record at 50% speed and speed up in editing) - The automatic camera movement took literally a week to develop.
This is OUTSANDING! I love the sky, and camera is very well done! The camera always has all of the marbles on screen, and is well done. Like this video right now.
Woah, this is REALLY amazing and astonishing! I love the aesthetic (such as the background, decoration, and even the course!) in the race, and I won't forget your really big effort to make this. This shows how much you improved from your old races. I didn't even skip the video because of how amazing the video is /srs Great job! Hoping to see more races likes this.
This is not one of, but THE highest quality marble race I have ever seen. You did a spectacular job, not only with the races, but with editing and music too. This is unlike any other marble race I have seen. Fantastic job!
The fact that this competition was run in May obviously gave Spring an advantage. Jokes aside, this was well made! It was fun to imagine Green and Spring supporting each other during the later legs
That is so amazing! This is actually the first video of you that I watch seriously MIKAN is somehow much better than anyone else, but "old creators" like you still have your own differences. (did you clear the tracer texture?)
I've got another one nearly finished, but I'm waiting on someone else to help out with one aspect of the race and they're currently on vacation. Probably will be about a week or two more.

When I created the original Season 1, I called that color "Ice". Part way through Season 2, I changed Ice to be, well, Ice instead of being Cyan, and then formally introduced Cyan in Season 3. Because of all that, I consider Ice to be part of the Season 1 roster rather than Cyan, as officially Cyan arrived in Season 3.

When I created the original Season 1, I called that color "Ice". Part way through Season 2, I changed Ice to be, well, Ice instead of being Cyan, and then formally introduced Cyan in Season 3.
Because of all that, I consider Ice to be part of the Season 1 roster rather than Cyan, as officially Cyan arrived in Season 3.
