I'm so glad this was helpful for you! There are many, many stitches/techniques that are have to re-watch a tutorial to remind myself what the steps are, even if I've done the stitch before!
Thank you, the best instructional video for buillion stitch I have seen so far, clear, concise, every detail explained. I have subscribed and can't wait to watch your other posts.
Thank you so much! Your voice even helped so much too! Earlier i was crying because it's so hard to do and the video I watched was not really specific so i just wanna say thank you 🥺❣️
Im lefthanded and it was so difficult for me to get it right. You explained it so clearly, i tried it over and over with my left hand and got it right. Thank you very much
Thank you for the excellent demo of the boullion stitch! I found that if I use both a table stand and hold the needle in the back of the fabric when lacing the floss around the needle in the front, I have more control. I also found that if I slow down my pace in completing each boullion, it turns out much better! thanks again!
You are so welcome Jean! I love using a stand as well - it's so much easier to accomplish many, many stitches when I have two hands free, you know? Thanks so much!
Thank you for this tutorial! I was getting so frustrated and I think part of the reason why is I have the wrong needle for it! Going to get the correct one for this and try again!
I'm so glad you found this helpful Lynda! I will be posting a completely updated (and more detailed) bullion stitch tutorial very soon, so check back to see that.
Hello, and thank you so much for the excellent video! Can you please relieve some of my anxiety and frustration over doing this and specify the brand and size milliner's needle you are using to make the bullion stitch? They are quite expensive, and I really don't want to buy the wrong one! Thanks a million! (New subscriber and looking forward to more great videos!) 🙂
Hello! And thank you so much for subscribing. For my bullion stitches now I use a #18 milliners needle. I made this particular video tutorial a couple of years ago, so that might not be the needle I am using here, but it's what I use now and they are great. (I sell them in my shop at www.lolliandgrace.com, since I know they are a bit difficult to find.) Please let me know if I can help you with anything else!
