I'd like to mention Denji from Chainsaw Man, the entire manga is dedicated to make my poor boy suffer. Like, its a roleplaying game and he is playing the role of a victim.
Imagine if they did a crossover show or movie with Robin and Squidward leaving their homes and finding better lives. Maybe even have other characters join on their adventure. Like Rocko, Ralph Bighead, Mr. Gus, and CatDog.
In the earlier episodes of Spongebob, Squidward was made out to be a jerk to Spongebob for no reason when the things he'd do around him were relatively harmless, so what happens to him was well deserved. The modern episodes don't give a justification for Squidward's torment. We're supposed to like Spongebob and look past his annoying qualities simply because he's the title character, while "hating" Squidward because it's Squidward, and the fact that he openly doesn't like Spongebob. With Butters, despite everything he goes through, he stays optimistic, plus he's had many moments where he's stood up for himself.
I would like to bring up Midori the flower girl. She has suffered a lot. And if you don't know the story I would be happy to explain it to you so you don't have to look it up.

Her mother dies by being eaten alive by rats. So the only place she can live in is the circus as a chore girl. Where she gets abused and R*pe daily. Then she falls in love with a real magician with magic powers he's also just a really short guy. They plan to leave the circus together. She waits for the bus stop for him but he gets stabbed during a robbery. Because he never showed up she loses her mind thinking that he abandoned her. And also she's 12.
I know Jessie Made some Bad Choices that even Drove the Wedge Between him and his Parents But at least he Gave them Closure in El Camino That Despite Everything that happened, They did their Best.

The Meg bullying thing has stopped. In the latest season, season 22, she is respected much more. As well as many badass moments in season 19-21 (though she’s still slightly disrespected) - Somebody who actually bothers to watch + keep up with Family Guy. Thank me later.
I blame the family Guy writers I also wrote a Family Guy fanfiction called Stewie goes too far where Stewie kills Brian by accident and his life became miserable and Meg Griffin is no longer the black sheep or the punching bag
Does Rigby from Regular Show count? Because he's often the whipping boy because of Mordecai who is a buzzkilling feather in the mud, who often punches him and the majority of the time, he doesn't deserve it. Mordecai deserves a Mordecai of his own if he and Rigby stayed swapped in "Mordeby and Ridecai" if Muscle Man (Who uncharacteristically became killjoy no. 2) hadn't helped Mordedrip. Also, it's Mordecai's fault that Rigby has his butt cheek in half. Also, I think Rocket Raccoon counts as in the episodes of GOTG15 (and Mission Breakout), as he's often abused in the episodes written by Grant Moran, through these guys: Groot and Kaelynn Alexander (in Nova Me, Nova you), Peter Quill (in Jingle Bell Rock; bad X-Mas special) and especially Gamora (in all the episodes I mentioned, but her worst is I've Seen All Good People, where she punched Rocket in the head at Collector's hideout and denied him of getting back at her, which she deserved to get her's. I'm convinced that 2015 Gamora is Grant's Jerk-Sue Writer's Pet who is certainly not good people. I like her previous iteration where she was voiced by Nika Futterman, better.). And I would like to point out two more: Bob Belcher and Felix Fishoder (both from Bob's Burgers), as Bob's the victim of getting the short end, due to his short-sighted and overly-trusting wife Linda and their dim kids; namely Tina and Gene, but the worst offender is his landlord, Dr. Calvin Fishoder, who not only makes Bob's life miserable; not paying him enough and charging a lot. Despicable. Then there's the Felix side where Calvin has the narrow mind to make his younger brother's life miserable in their childhood. That eye-patched lout of a landlord never gave his younger brother Felix a chance to shine; perfect example of Calvin’s cruelty to Felix is in the episode “Copa-Bob-bana”, Felix’s nightclub turning out to be a sham because of Calvin, part of me wanted to see Felix succeed in drowning that night-jive in raw sewage, if not for a random nightclub employee snatching the sledgehammer from Felix. There’s no need for Felix to apologize at the end for taking what’s rightfully his - revenge against his evil, eye-patched elitist of a brother. Maybe their parents need to see the real bad seed of the Fishoder brothers really is.
