I’ve never felt as helpless as when I had to duel this monster. Absolutely incredible frag video from the undisputed GOAT UT player. Usually frag videos have either great editing or great frags, this one had both. Shame that we will likely never see a better game than UT2004 in our lifetime :(
Haven't seen the name xelfer in years! I was Optic EchozZz/CuZnWhiTey back in the day...I stopped playing 2k4 a very long time ago! I miss it so damn much! I ended up playing quake live a bit after, but have been off a PC for a very long time. I miss the community a lot as well! I got my "Z's" when I beat XyberzZz...LOL Good times! Also, skAven! What a damn video! Truly highlights how incredibly difficult 2k4 was! Cheers, Men. We got to see and be a part of PEAK FPS greatness!

I played unreal tournament 2004 from 2005 to 2009 best shooter ever unfortunately times change, gamers change but memories remain . This game was insane , adrenaline rush i was in the time clan a european clan we played CTF , ictf TAM most of the time ' great times .

one day we we're espectating skaven vs someone in a duel server wich had 50 espectator slots, they we're all full and skaven stopped because someone ring at his door... he said it was someone trying to sell something and knocks at everyone's door... wich 1 espectator said - you're not someone, you're skaven. im gratefull i witnessed skaven vs gohlink for many years.... incredible monsters. long live ut2004 forever in our memories

Great frags! Well played! I noticed that Skaven has mini and link centered with the rest of the weapons to the right... I assume that this is for accuracy reasons? Does anyone know how this is done? I've tried making an alias for each weapon such as: (Command="set Engine.Controller Handedness 0 | SwitchWeapon 5",Alias="Weapon5") and it works in instant action but NOT online. Servers say they do not allow changing controller handedness during network play... Any ideas?

So Who can Say what AN ideal ut2004 scene would have been with all the players of all the time activiliy willing tò play without struggling with Life and involved in paid and sponsored all around the globe tournament? Nobody can, because fortnite, minecraft, overwatch, pubg, lol, Apex, valorant, diabotical, old quake Champions, never started ut4 alpha, Cod, dota2 which made few babies making millions and millions of dollars despite real StarCraft and Warcraft Monsters who did life to all of this and who were and would be unbeatable if they could play again, and other many shit arrived, and too many games to play, to many games any year, to many seasons and microtransactions and add ons. There is not a real progaming like when it started with wcg and starcraft, warcraft, ut99 and quake 3, before the 2000s, with all best players around the globe qualifying in national lan tournaments and flying to meet hundreds of other players in korea... The more they tried to enlarge this world to a real sport the more they killed it, reducing it to million of babies playing 100 games online and spending only lot of money of hardware, games and whatever, with no sponsorship or flies around the world to make money (look, a real player should make money even if he doesnt win, you must not be the best of the world among 100.000 players to win stupid money, a real sport is another thing, and we failed in this, there are 2 millions of players sucking their parents credit cards tò kill their brain 24 hours a day and 1 player on 2 millions gathering Money from tournaments). Thank you so much for your kind words :) The competitive scene is practically non-existant now for roughly 10 years. However there were two occasions in-between where the top players returned to training: cluex's 10 years anniversary tournament in 2014, and the quarantine's duel tournament, this year. You're right, the same names appear in the fragmovie and in tournament's matches' videos, yet so many of these frags happened in 2006-2007. The reason is that oldschool "pros" are still among the best nowadays when there are occasional tournaments =) I was active recently for that tournament but apart from that I've been away from gaming (at least actively) for over a decade
