if normal like ranged matchup phase rush can be good if its like someone who needs to get onto you for damage like zed, yasuo etc. bring like electrocute or conqueror its up to you imo im personally an electrocute fan but it might be different for you mainly just if they have to get onto you elec or conq if not phase rush
