Be sure to let me know what you guys thanks and what exercises you would like me to cover NEXT! I love that landmine holder!!! My favorite advice in your vids is to flex and tighten the muscle being worked, not just performing the movements. Also, tightening other body parts like glutes, core, abs and the mind-muscle connection! It's easy to forget that aspect and just go through the motions!

    Have been integrating more and more Landmine exercises into my routine as I get older. Deadlifts have always made my low back cranky unless I used a trap bar and squats have been hurting my right knee lately F***ing falling apart brah :’( so I have been doing Landmine squats and deadlifts pain free and also used the Landmine shoulder press to rehab my shoulder to get back to dumbbell military press and actually made me a lot stronger on that. Landmine is an amazing tool

    More how to videos would be great, there are just so many issues you can have in a lot of exercises. As far as this goes, doesn't this target the front delt really hard? I'd say it's more of a shoulder exercise rather than a chest movement. Also, when I tried this the last time, I had some uncomfortable snaping in my shoulder joint. Could that be caused by not leaning forward during the exercise?

    Hi scott, excellent video as always but don't you think that this excercise can only be recommended to advanced body builders for a change and as a finisher only ? I believe it should be mentioned that this exercise is not for beginners but only for persons having a strong core already to avoid back injury and experience to avoid shoulders injury when positioning the barbell. Regards

    Scott!! how did you get the Korean CC subtitles?!?! So funny!!! Using the CC button usually gets English subtitles. This video has Korean subtitles by default. So you have to adjust the settings to 'auto-translate' English. The result is almost random hilarious sentences. In fact it must be deliberate because it's too funny. "No one bosigil a sex slave ensuring women say Nana" is the translation of "now what your're going to do is load some weight on the front of the barbell". Try it....

    @agreatgig 7 лет назад

    @Scott I am doing this exercise one arm at a time but throwing the bar a little far and catching it with the other arm with a full range of motion as if I were doing shoulder press, so Its kind of a plyometric movement 🤔 do you think thats the right way to target the shoulder? Or either way it will fully work the chest? Greets from Mexico 😉

    • @emilecoleman895
      @emilecoleman895 7 лет назад

      Hugo Mars why not just go military press instead if you're targeting the delts?

    • @agreatgig
      @agreatgig 7 лет назад

      Emile Coleman Because such exercise Im explaining is supposed to target muscle in a different way 😉 besides, plyometric movements increase your endurance 😉 I just want to know If Im doing it correctly

    • @emilecoleman895
      @emilecoleman895 7 лет назад

      Hugo Mars so what you're really asking is about a delt exercise you're using for strength endurance, while a chest exercise is demonstrated.....
      so....why not use military press then? and do both delts at the same time?

    • @agreatgig
      @agreatgig 7 лет назад

      Emile Coleman as i said there is different muscle activation 😐 in a military press any weight is always hold by your hand, instead in the movement Im questioning the weight is loose a few seconds while you switch arms. However my only question was if there was rear delt and chest work as well, just in the exercise Im mentioning. Perhaps you should read more too, about plyometric movements 😉

    Hey man, just checking in from the future. Thought I would let you know that your channel is only going to be more popular in two years and that you'll still be giving good workout advice. Also, you look good now but you're going to look even better dude. Glad to see you kept up the good work.

      @ScottHermanFitness  7 лет назад

      +I'm here to scoop I'm not here to talk if you start off a bit light you can feel out the movement for more chest activation 👍
