Sir if you make a video series on carrier pathway of how to become doctor in dubai after mbbs and pg and how we can find a job there and settle. Its would be very helpful for us. 🙏
I have no idea about Dubai, never been there
Sir would it be possible to do SHO job through MTI for a year or more , ive heard from someone that they expect you to take a registrar post quickly after mti route. I am a derm pg and it wouldnt be possible to take a SR post of Internal med that quickly there.
Thanks in advance
MTI does not prefer SHO jobs but its possible. MTI jobs are meant for general medicine+specialty so you wont be suitable for them with dermatology experience.Only option is MRCP and then apply.
I am an orthopedician with 3 years experience post pg with mrcs,is it possible to enter a training post at St3 or st4 level?Am I overqualified due to this experience post pg?
I am not sure if ortho recruits at ST3.You will be overqualified for ST1 due to experience.
Dr., can you make a video about how competitive it is to enter obgyn training for img?

@Suman Paul Thank you Dr
Very informative 👏
Hi Dr Suman ..even with non training jobs do we get eligible for ilr?
Yes you do
@@SumanPaulDoc After FY2, and for example, I got into a radiology specialty training program, where will I study? Do they provide colleges based on merit?
Hello sir! I'm at present doing md in pulmonary medicine and wish to join mti program in uk. Are there any agencies here in India who I could approach as I'm quite overwhelmed and confused by looking at so many videos available on RUclips. Thank you..
I have done a detailed video about MTI and no where mentioned about any agencies.
Informative video.
Supposing we pass all phases of mrcp and we want to go directly to specialty training without imt, is it possible to get an alternative certificate of competencies through non training jobs
Yes
How long will it take sir provided I give evidences for some competencies from my MD General medicine training in India
@@joshkdasan2517 It depends on the person who will sign the form
Hi Dr Suman I have done my Mch urology from IPGMER Kolkata I've cleared my MRCS steps and am due for gmc id check in April....can I get my alternatigd core competencies signed from India only ??....the ms general surgery cirruculum and the Mch curriculum satisfy the competency criterion ....but the people signing it may not be gmc registered .....do lemme know.....if possible lemme know if I can meet u once in uk ....
How can we got non traning job there. What exactly non training job is it like non clinical subject in India. Want to know if I want to become professor in medical collage like india (anat;physio;etc) what is the procedure in uk
To become a professor, you will need a PHD in those subjects. Those are not NHS jobs
After FY2, and for example, I got into a radiology specialty training program, where will I study? Do they provide colleges based on merit?
You will be placed in a geographical region which will be as per your preference and merit
@@SumanPaulDoc and then will i be completing my entire cct training program from that particular college cause first you were in Lancashire and now in liverpool....like if someone asks you where did you completed your cct training so will you be saying university of liverpool?
@@sohammandal4498 I will complete my training from north west England-mersey rotation. There is no involvement of any university.
Hello sir thank you for your guidance
Im a kenyan just finished my MBChB this year
Is it better to start my plab or wait after my residency here go mrcp route with the current NHS situation in uk
Thank you
If your long term plan is to come to UK, then PLAB is a better option. NHS situation is not going to get better in near future
@@SumanPaulDoc thank you sir,
My dream is to do cardiology, in this case is PLAB route still a better option
@@Doctor_dumbell Yes,Plab is better
@@SumanPaulDoc God bless you sir
I have certain dought that someone from nhs told if I cleared my mrcpch full still I have start working from sho level for 6 month then I can go ahead with ST level jobs but I want to ask what is use of then giving mrcpch if I have to start working from 1level ? Isn't it better to give plab then?
N for your info I have completed my mbbs and then DCH from India after pg diolona I have 3 years of experience ? Kindly reply soon n please cleared my dought
Thats correct. You will get upgraded to ST post if they find you competent enough to handle SHO job. You can never get this opportunity with PLAB alone. With your experience and qualifications, MRCPCH is preferable.
Thankyou so much sir thsnkyou thank you I think you only can give me right advice you are my mentor thankyou
Sir please make video on someone who got training after competing all part of mrcpch

Sir is IMT equivalent to Md/ms in India ?
If anyone wants to come back India after IMT can he comes back without clearing MRCP ? & If he comes back to India can he works in govt . Hospital ? If he can then he will work as a simple mbbs doctor or MD/MS doctor?
Please reply sir 🙏
It's not equivalent to MD without MRCP.you can't complete IMT training without MRCP.i don't think anyone ever went to practice in India after IMT.
@@SumanPaulDoc thank you so much sir for taking the time out of ur busy schedule to reply me 🙏
What kind of niche is available in non training jobs?
Can someone come back to home country / india with those niche training ?
Some examples in my field- Lung transplantation, pulmonary hypertension. Its a good option if someone is planning to return.
@@SumanPaulDoc i thought unless one has cct from uk , india wont recognise them as specialised. is this idea wrong? someone told me unless ct training done partially or st not done then india recognise them as only mbbs holder.
@@enscebose8466 CCT or Core training is required for PG recognition in India.
