I think it was in the lawyer set (I’ll warn you now that Karamatsu as a lawyer is batshit crazy, lol), and he ends up writing a poem or something about love, if I remember correctly, where he talks about how his dream was just to fall in love and grow old with somebody. It was really sweet actually.... too bad he got sentenced to death for being painful, lol.
While part of me mourns receiving a cool alt Osomatsu, I realize that Osomatsu’s lack of change is better for his character by being reflective of his struggles with identity. Osomatsu can’t deal with change, so he just hasn’t. He’s still his Osomatsu-kun self, a momentum of a time in which his brothers truly were him, and he was them because that identity is all he has. It’s honestly rather tragic. His brothers all grew into their own people while he’s still maintaining the person they all used to be. It’s no wonder he latches onto them so hard, they’re his everything whether he wants it or not (and he does very much obviously loves his brothers deep down). He’s probably one of the brothers that’s most put in the antagonist role, but his flaws make him so real... ❤️

He probably remembered high school Karamatsu the clearest and it's why he's so harsh when current Karamatsu is being overly flashy and cringe. He knows it's an act and prob hates how it's completely different from the shy soft spoken brother he used to hang out with and that it reminds Ichi of his cringe high school days trying to be cool.

Some say he mentions it in a drama CD. There are also times that Karamatsu where he says he has Karamatsu girls and Karamatsu boys. I wouldn't say anything has been confirmed, but would not surprise me if Kara is bi.
