So the employer takes like $20k/year out of their wages and turn it into health insurance, not paying taxes on these 20k. But if you're self-employed/contractor, without your own business registration, you're left with private health insurances, which cost a lot more money for less coverage, because there's very little competition in that niche. Given Cover doesn't have a registered business in the US yet, they cannot provide employer health insurance (even if they agreed to), so Fauna is left dealing with a crappy health insurance.

I used to handle ticks because my family had dogs. Ticks are the easiest to handle of blood sucking bugs. They are visible and can be yanked off. In the wild, they tend to hang around on grass and leaves, so to any camper and forest lover always check for ticks after returning from your walk. not even your urban fields are safe as any mammal you can think of can carry ticks.

IF I'm correct, it would be equivalent to doing Uber or being a part timer hired by a 3rd party contrector for a company. Also, Hololive stuff prob does have employee benefits since they're actually under direct contract.
