Its better to give few amounts monthly after intrm maintenance order as it will hlp in two things. Agar aap criminal appeal ya revision me jare ho within 30 days, toh waha ap court ko yeh hawala do ki ap kuch paise wife ko dere ho taki lower court ki order palna hojaye, fir aap apni daliley court k samne rakh sakhte ho, court apki sunegi. Saath me stay application bhi dalna chhye nhi to ek saath arrear recovery execution case bhi wife dal sakhti he. During revision hearing court ye zarur dkhti he ki husbands wife ko kuch paymnts karte he ki nehi, agar karte he, usme do fayde he. Ek to apki image aachi bani rehegi court me, aur dusri, apna arrear bhi write off ho jayegi thoda thoda karke jab tak revision disposal nehi hojata. Aur stay application ki wajah se wife actual maintenance ki arrear ka execution nhi kara payegi. Aise to mereko fayda horaga he.

calculation is simple.....on final maintenance.....calculate the entire maintenance from date of petition till date.....then calculate the interim maintenance already paid and deduct it from final maintenance amount....the remaining amount if arrears of maintenance. so the husband will have to pay the arrears till date and monthly maintenance moving forward....email me for further assistance....

अगर पत्नीको रहेना नही है तो उसने कोईभी मांग करनी नही चाहीए.क्योंकी वो खुद छोडकर जाती है.मेंटनंनस डिसाइड करनेका ही नही .पुरा बंद करना चाहीए.तब सबके संसार जिंदा रहेगा.

@@zahid55944 अभितक मैने डिओस के लिये केस नही किया लेकिन एक नोटीस भेज दि है की मैं अभि भी sambhal नेके लिये तयार हु वकील से लेकिन उसका अभितक जवाब नही दिया उसने, लेकिन वकील बोल रहा की सॅलरी के 25% देना ही पडता है
