For those who were asking about the deflated meringue, I used a smaller but deeper baking pan. It worked well :) It deflates but still leaves a big, fluffy meringue underneath. For the custard, I double-boiled it before cooking it in direct heat to make it smoother than just cooking it in direct heat/fire.
I tried this today and turns out perfect & delicious. The filling is so yummy. I believe that the secret of successful baking are first Follow the procedure carefully... Second is Patience. Thank you for the wonderful tutorial.

I've followed your instructions, but i added 10 more minutes in baking because the meringue is still uncooked, maybe depends on the oven. I just forgot to comb the meringue. And when i remove the parchment paper, it sticks. But over all, my ist try is delicious. Thank you for sharing.
Hello! Thank you for sharing your experience. You're right, baking time may really vary depending on your oven. If it sticks too much, it might need a bit more time in the oven. It may also stick because of the quality of the parchment. Some parchment papers available even cookies does sticks to it. Glad you still enjoyed! :)

Hello! You can try to beat it more next time until stiff para smaller yung air pockets and mas dense but soft siya. Yung moisture po normal sa powdered sugar sa humidity and weather natin. You can try adding a bit more cornstarch po sa powdered sugar para less likely na mag moist :)

Hello! You can lightly brush your parchment with melted butter or vegetable oil next time. You can also try other brands of baking paper. I use Glad baking paper for this one and it always comes off easily :)

Hello! Normal lang po na mag-deflate ng konti. If too much po ang pag deflate, make sure po na stiff yung meringue. You can also try leaving it inside the oven for a few minutes after baking para hindi mabigla sa sudden change in temperature pag labas ng oven at ma-stabilize yung structure. Hope this helps! :)
@@21ryro30 yes, i timed it 20 minutes. Although you need to be careful in choosing the pan necessary for the amount of batter you make. You need the barter to fill the pan fully and should be thick. Otherwise it's gonna come thin and flat. I recommend you use large eggs or XL ones.

I will also do it in half and divide into 4 since the oven is very small, gove for 2 pcs burger inside.
