Ya know, my mom loved this song, it was her favorite and I didn’t listen to it until 3 years after she passed. I didn’t want to listen to it because I knew I’d like it, we liked all the same music, she was my best friend. I didn’t wanna listen to it without my best friend. I just got the strength to listen to it a couple months ago to listen to it.

Her and i share that same love for music and whenever I listen to any of it think of that memory and it puts a smile on my face to remember how happy she was.

Until I found Jesus from falling in a pit and continually digging deeper until I myself in hell and tried everything else & every other god and nothing worked. Until I finally got desperate enough to analyze my hate for Jesus’s name and genuinely started searching for evidence of his existence. Instead of just looking up enough evidence to argue against Christians. While I had drinking & substance abuse problems in the past? I was drinking to the point I was physically addicted, for a few years , after my mom died, unexpectedly on the living room floor after breaking her leg and not getting the right after care. So I was on the brink of death by the time I got desperate enough to give Jesus a shot. I’ve rambled long enough. so I’ll try to wrap it up. Basically, I started looking up the historical & scientific evidence of Jesus and the Bible and compared it to other religions. But focused on Jesus alone and not the religious side. Because humans corrupted religion. Jesus was even killed because of religion. So he’s not a huge fan of it either. So i challanged myself to keep reseaerching scientific& historical facts and compring other religions, while praying to god as he exists. Which i highly recommend. Because, my obsession was taken away and was given a new heart. I just made it 2 years without a drink and its not even a temptation and nothing else changed in my life besides finding Jesus and changing my persepctive & my reaction to things. So, if my ex liberal, athiest, addict/alcohloc, ass can be saved and find hope? Anyone can! And i know your mom is watching over you. Even just physically. Your part of her. Her blood is running through your heart& brain and youre an extenstion of her and all your other ancestors. Even if your adopted like i am? Im sure you still had some sort of weird connection you cant explain? That physical bond, along with the spiritual? Is something that cant be broken through distance, space, time, or matter! Because energy can not be destroyed! Just transfered. And Love is the most powerful energy in the world! Thats the builing blocks of the bridge that connects your spirits together and will lead you guys back together when its your time. I apologize for rambling. On the off chance you read all of it, I really hope you got something out of it and was worth the time for you to read? But if not, i wasted 10 min of my time writing this? My dad listened to this the day before he passed away Father’s Day fell on the day he passed away that year 2017 it was June 18 2017 he passed of an overdose god I miss him more then anything I thought making him leave to another state to detox would make him better but it just ended up killing him because he was almost 3 years clean when he snuck back to our home town and overdosed when I got the call I was in disbelief I didn’t want to believe my dad was really brain dead I lost a piece of my heart and Father’s Day of all days to lose my father then 3 years later his father passed away on Father’s Day due to dementia
