    Ingredients:
    Dough:
    milk - 250 ml
    sugar - 80 g
    salt - 1/3 tsp.
    dry yeast - 10 g
    egg - 1 pc.
    vegetable oil - 100 ml
    flour - 450 g + 50 g
    Filling:
    cottage cheese - 300 g
    sugar - 80 g
    vanilla sugar - 10 g
    corn starch - 15 g
    Chit:
    butter - 15 g
    flour - 30 g
    sugar - 10 g
    egg - 1 pc. (for lubrication)
    Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick; it should come out without any remaining raw dough. Baking time and temperature depend on the features of the oven.
