I have the same exact problem
It’s a short change the control unit if it’s still happening you have a short killing your computers. Mine was shorting in the snow or heave rain only when my headlights are on. I have it parked now I’ll get to it In the warmer days.

@@anthonyfavella5112 it ended up being a short from the electric cord that connects to the trailer. I must’ve pulled on it one day it shorted my in cab computer every time I connected to a certain trailer. How do I know this? because i tried everything and also I used the cord on another truck thinking it looks new why not but the same exact thing happened. Now that cord is burning in hell

@@ksunofficial yes im fixing a similar issue right now. Water got into my ecm plug on the firewall and 8 wire terminals broke off. Replacing them now
