You understand they aren’t just “Pitt” refs, correct? They use these refs everywhere. Im also confused as to why they were questionable, especially in this match in particular? Please provide examples because there was nothing wrong with this reffing as someone who I certified and was there in person.
only caught the fifth set of this match, but that's saying a lot that Pitt was pushed so far and just barely won. Oregon, both the players and the coach made reckless mistakes that cost them a potential spot. Pitt played like they weren't familiar with each other for the most part. Whenever they get pushed into play more than 3 sets (what they've been used to playing and crushing) it's a wild card moment. They need to buckle down and breathe, spread out the offense like they did all season long otherwise its' too predictable. Olivia had 31 kills this match but second round she had 3-4 maybe against Oklahoma? She was iced by the defense, if that happens on Saturday against Kentucky then they better come up with something else.
Pitt had an off match and brought themselves right back to sweep Kentucky and looked MUCH BETTER. Oregon is a great team in the big 10 and their serving is super dangerous to ANY team. Speaking on the Oklahoma match in specific olivia actually had 13 kills in that match if you look it up and provide ACTUAL proof of what you’re talking about. Their offense runs through Olivia and that has been working so why change things. They change it up when necessary and they change it up often enough to make the other girls a threat to the defense if the other team. Whenever things are tight they can rely on the other girls when they need to. Oklahoma had a good blocking match and that’s fine.
@@ryanhall1123 yes, i can see that because i watched the game, impressive and happy they beat Kentucky. Ryan, calm tf down ok. i was wrong about her kills but she was neutralized in that match quite a bit and so were a few others but they persevered and capitalized off of Oregon's mistakes and fought against Oklahoma's block. Let's see if they can whoop Louisville next week and get to the finals.
Pitt’s refs are… questionable

what the heck is going on at the end??
If you give up a 8 point lead you deserve to lose
