VW gets Rivian's tech. . which is good for VW. What does Rivian get? More debt. Per the press release, "Initially VW will invest $1 billion in Rivian through an unsecured convertible note that will convert into Rivian’s common stock subject to certain conditions upon the later of receipt of regulatory approvals and December 1, 2024. VW is expected to invest a further $4B as part of the transaction" With Rivian losing almost $2 bill/qtr, I don't see how this deal even slows down Rivian's certain path to bankruptcy
VW is becoming more and more beautiful vehicles. Rivian is beautiful too. See like the rich cool people have them beautiful people. Rivian will be VW EV . They will work together to expand. Sell Rivian at VW dealership. All kinds of good things to come. They both have good knowledge that will help each other. When war. If no council with others. Plans fall. But with many minds things succeed .

Volkswagen should have nio instead ,tech and battery swap also nio has 6 plus models and far ahead in deliverys and future setup for success and much cheaper per share

Was thinking the same thing. 58 :)
They keep comparing RIVN with TSLA but they are forgetting that TSLA took 17 years to take profit for first time in 2020. RIVN is doing great compared to them.
Things seem to accelerate. As the years go by. Bigger moves. Bigger market caps.
AND they need the USA to commit to building out the grid; plenty of solid reliable charge stations. The average buyer has had enough time to reject battery range anxiety and winter charging problems.

This is not a big investment. It is peanuts, especially for VW, lol! Rivian is losing 5-7 Billion Dollars / Year. IN a year, they will lose this investment too and will file for bankruptcy. The guys at Volkswagen who wasted money on Rivian, would be held accountable by the board, by the investors, and maybe here in Germany, they will be scrutinized as well.

She has really nice teeth, and that Tan !! There is a lot worse out there with regards to Birdbrains !! Lots on CNBC anaylsis.
She has points regular people will ask. But companies that have survived all these rate hikes will do beautiful once. Rates come down in the coming years.
