He used a ton of words that formed the most grandiose statements imaginable and per usual, ended the interview with a mic drop that exclaimed the conclusion of an exchange that was less informative than if the interview never took place. Shame on Ed for always letting these gym class zeros escape being trampled by the elephant in the studio...an elephant named "what the fuck do you guys actually do?".

Hello, I beg to differ. Do you know what companies belong to VW?
VW gets Rivian's tech. . . which is good for VW. What does Rivian get? More debt. Per the press release, "Initially VW will invest $1 billion in Rivian through an unsecured convertible note that will convert into Rivian’s common stock subject to certain conditions upon the later of receipt of regulatory approvals and December 1, 2024. VW is expected to invest a further $4B as part of the transaction" With Rivian losing almost $2 bill/qtr, I don't see how this deal even slows down Rivian's certain path to bankruptcy
Never fear, IL taxpayers are subsidizing Rivian through corrupt corporate welfare provided by the corrupt governor prickster with zero state legislative or taxpayer approval.
