Earnings were greats but the market is always forward looking - Guiding to higher expense and investments over the next few quarters to years from their CFO is what sent the stock down - Going from focusing on their core cash flow positive business to having to spend a huge portion of that on future capex Will resulting in lower free cash flow per share for shareholders, at least initially
I think guidance was off by 1% or something lol even with massive spending there still insanely profitable super strong business re investing in itself 🤷♂️
@@PassiveIncomeInvestor100% agreed - I think combined with the valuation and expectations, it was priced basically for perfection, as if they were going to keep growing at 20%+ for the foreseeable future, but still a great company
