For those who didn't get what this story is about: Homura is deep in her thoughts, thinking of past timelines and her repeating failure to save Madoka. From 0.43 to 2.02, it's about the second timeline. Homura goes to school confident, befriends Mami and Madoka and helps them beat Gertrud, Charlotte and Patricia. When Walpurgisnacht comes to city, they're opposing it with all their power. Mami gets killed, and Madoka rushes towards Walpurgisnacht and banishes it away, but becomes a witch. From 2.03 to 3.18 it is about a timeline not before seen, possibly one between the third and fourth in the anime. Mami is probably killed by Charlotte this time. Homura raids military base for weapons, and this time seeks allies in Kyoko and Sayaka. She encourages Sayaka to confess to Kyosuke and also helps Kyoko to notice the similarities in her and Sayaka's stories earlier, so they'll become friends instead of enemies. When Walpurgisnacht rolls to town, Kyoko and Homura are greeting it with firearms and magic. Sayaka is in the shelter with Madoka and the rest, but decides to go slay the witch with others. When Madoka notices Sayaka's missing, she goes to the ruins to find her, gets struck by a falling building and dies. Homura travels to the next timeline, Sayaka and Kyoko are left to kill the witch. From 3.19 to 4.12 it is about hope and despair, how both selfless and the most ultimately selfish wishes end alike in misery. How Mami saved her own life but forgot her parents, how Sayaka healed Kyousuke but he still didn't respond to her feelings, how Kyoko's well-intention wish ended in tragedy and how Homura still hasn't succeeded in finding the way out of her labyrinth in time. From there on, it is a latter timeline not seen, or maybe the fourth expanded by the maker of the video. Homura starts alone, ignores the other magical girls and kills witches by herself. When Walpurgisnacht comes, they try to kill it, all but Madoka. When it looks like the others are about to lose the battle and die, Kyubeu lures Madoka in the contrast. Madoka kills Walpurgis with a single arrow, but transforms into Kriemhild Gretchen right after. And so we're back at where we begun. Mami, Kyoko and Sayaka are looking at Gretchen, horrified and speechless, the miserable thoughts have soiled Homura's Soul Gem. For a second, Homura considers suicide, but gets up on her feet and disappears to yet another timeline.
