I've always felt that Prince took you to places, gave you experiences that were memorable and took you out of your own comfort zone and normalcy, that's how I can best describe it. At 3:44 Prince is referring to the 'Lovesign' video they played on the monitors, debut of the video I think, and in my view, from being there and what was happening with the whole gang violence and thug culture taking over with gangstarap, Prince was trying to do his part to stop that nonsense. Songs like 'Days O Wild' at the time expressed his strong view of how gang culture was taking over, destroying communities and Black American culture. It was serious. .::Modernaire.
