World Wide Magazine at The St. Louis State Hospital

An excerpt from World Wide Magazine, a public access TV show from St. Louis, MO. The show was created by the late Pete Parisi. It ran from 1986 to 2001.
Pete stands outside The St. Louis State Hospital at 5400 Arsenal Street and tells us what kind of coffee is served there. The song is "They're coming to take me away" by Napoleon XIV from 1966.
