This would be great for search and rescue. With the added bonus of the equipment being portable. I suppose you could shoot your rifle while flying but that wouldn't be ideal. Can do but still a role for helicopters. I think these would be good for more humanitarian operations.

Hey Eric, Just came across this video for the first time, you have certainly had a wide array of students! :) What exactly does Qatar use a para motor team for? Is it similar to the "Canadian sky hawks" demo team that goes around to airshows representing the air force?

Cool video. But beyond the spectacular flying, with half of the fuel in the tank without weapons and in perfect conditions, you pilots had to deal with. Are they able to take off with full equipment and conduct combat operations. Unlikely. Regards
It's definitely not something to be used for combat... Too slow, loud, awkward, etc.
The American flag should not be dragged on the ground.... 0.27 sec mark. Other than that, very nice footage and flying. Wish that weather was up here in the NorthEast. You going to incorporate some of these patterns into your next Oshkosh flight demo? The stacking was really nice here.
Thanks so much for your response, we have some very exciting things planned :) In regards to the flag, we agree...unfortunately, any attempt to catch a flag with a 20+ lb weight suspended at the bottom from the pilot himself is hazardous at best ;) All skydiving teams try to prevent time on the ground to the greatest extent possible.
