I'm not too sure about Amazon KDP. You'll need to look at its guidelines and requirements. This video is for creating PDF ebooks and guides, not Kindle ebooks.
When you upload your KDP book, they ask you if you want a free ISBN. And if you answer yes, they assign it automatically. (Or you can use your own, if you have one).

I've done all those steps but when loading on Amazon KDP it's telling me it has to be formatted at HTML. I'm stuck! Please help😩
These instructions are not for formatting for KDP unfortunately. You'll need to follow KDP formatting guidelines.

Yes, for 4K, I record on my Macbook Pro screen. Wide monitor has a max resolution of 3440 x 1440. Camera setup is the same.

All these can be done in Microsoft word, without worrying about premium restrictions. Why canva?
