The designated support I would use is the BLU saiyan saga Goku. His 40% dmg inflicted support is quite good. He also is very tanky due to him removing buff effects and reducing arts power (plus the saiyan saga unique equipment), so he also provides a good amount of sustainability.
He also heals his allies and reduces sub count with the green and main ability. Very underrated unit.

No he doesn't. He heals himself on the Green Card 3 times but heals the team AFTER the Ultimate has landed. He doesn't remove buff effects either, he removes Enemy Attribute Upgrades.
BLU Goku is mainly a damage supporter rather than a team healer.
