@@DonnaDesigns I’m so glad you’re feeling better. Soon after I recorded this is when I hurt my back. I moved my body wrong and bent down when I’m not supposed to. It’s always something! The doctors are trying to push me to have surgery, but I’m doing everything I can to avoid that because I know after surgery I cannot bend down and I know I will and I’d cause more problems for myself. Basically, I can’t sit still, lol.
@JustDonnaMaria Aww, I'm so sorry about your back. I know that back pain is awful & can be chronic.My brother suffers with slipped disc's. He goes & gets injections that temporarily help. He had a minor surgery where they burn the nerves but only lasts for a year. I have arthritis in my back & sciatica. So I feel for you & pray you feel some relief soon.🤗🩷💕🙏🏻🙏🏻

Thank you Scott! I’d love to have a big treadmill, but mainly for the handles they offer. But this will do the job. I have a lot of joint issues so this keeps me moving. It’s light enough with wheels on the front so it just rolls under a bed or in my case this sofa. Happy Wednesday! 🥰 ❤

It’s actually easier for me and my fake knees with the socks. The belt isn’t slippery and I go at a snail’s pace, lol. I’m a mess. Unfortunately soon after recording this, after feeling decent thanks to my latest back injections, I hurt my back again. It’s always something! 😂. I have to laugh. But I keep trying! He hasn’t had to have any for a long time knock on wood but he had to baby his back and not work for 5 months. He takes it much easier now and the men at his job help more so he doesn’t have to lift as heavy. Thank goodness for them!! You take it easy for a while for my friend. Healing is the most important thing and you’re in my prayers 🙏💜
