@@southernpartisan1772 alot harder to get a licence, especially with any sort of record, hand guns and most rifles are banned and you need to have a secure case to keep them in, somewhere to fire them (gun club/ farmers field) and they may have to sponsor your application and also you need to have an interview with a firearms officer, there's just over 500k shotgun licenses held in the uk and just 150k firearms licences held in a population of 65 million, most of them (shotgun and firearms licences) will be owned by the same people.
in AK you rarely have a failure to feed. Mag will fall out if you dont insert it correctly. Never tap the mag in AK, same as AUG, just reload the charging handle. Double feed is easy to clear tho, rare as well. Strip the mag, rotate the gun to the side and reload few times, till the ammo falls off, insert mag and load the gun. AK malfunctions are bit different and are solved with different methods
I had a double feed once and the mag was stuck and couldn’t be released. (It was a typical fubar case). So my preferred way in case of a double feed is lock the bolt back , release the mag , check if ammo is still inside, insert new mag.

Super. Now please the same with the other most popular rifle: the AKM.

@@gansior4744 double feeds are also caused by weak feed lips letting 2 rounds into the chamber at once, not just an improperly seated mag
