When I was your age, I slept well every night. Keep regular hours e.g. early to bed, early to rise. And don't take afternoon naps. Hope that helps.

I wanted to put a comment about "yours truly". We (mostly men in the past) use something like this in Persian when we want to talk about ourselves and express our humility to the person we are talking to. Has "yours truly" any modesty in itself?
