@Caroline Some specialty stores and higher end supermarkets sometimes have it, such as Fresh Market and Whole Foods and sometimes Harris Teeter. Maybe try looking those places? Or get to know your local butcher, and perhaps they could help you out?

Can I please make a comment on the ending bit of your video Kay, I really think it's terrible that some people have the audacity to call you names also say the most horrible stuff about your home, your videos are about what you cook at the requests of people,NOT what your home looks like. Do they call those people trolls or summert like that ? It's just terrible. And also calling you dirty and fat, but hey ho if those trolls Do not like you then why on earth watch you. I comment a lot on your videos Kay, because I like to watch them, you cheer me up & I think that you & Lee have a good ole laugh whilst your cooking, NO HARM IN THAT WHATSOEVER.. If you don't laugh once in a while you'd only cry.you both seem genuine down to earth people.& your NOT hurting anybody. If you ignore those trolls they will no doubt go far away in the end. Not sure what the lard was for - definitely not for it's "non-stick" properties. Kay is the only person I've ever seen that can scorch and blacken a pan while the food still looks raw. It's magic, actually! And on a side note - is anyone else having a difficult time understanding what Kay is saying? Normally I can figure out about one in every other word or so, but lately the subtitles have plain given up! She's not looking too healthy these days.
