Original No easy way out has been playing a lot lately. Good effort by Beast In Black on the song. Whispered - Ginga Nagareboshi Gin a nostalgia trip turned to metal.
For those who don't know: A pinch harmonic is a guitar technique that produces artificial harmonics by plucking a string and then slightly touching it with the thumb or index finger on the picking hand. "More / less" One of many techniques to compliment and round out Judas priest's sound back in the day. *Dive bombs, pull offs, pinches, arpeggio etc.
I suggest, if you haven't already, the song Hijo de la Luna, by the Spanish pop band "Mecano", a band that I hate but this song is a work of art, very dark. It has been covered by Mors Principium Est, Haggard and Stravaganzza.
I remembered that there is also a cover of the song by Theatres des Vampires and other by Lyriel. I also know that there is a black metal version by a band but I don't remember the band.
You forgot to mention Children of Bodom - Oops I Did It Again (Britney Spears). That's legendary.
I haven’t forgotten it. It is on my list.
That thumbnail killed me 😂😂😂
One of the best non metal covers is Moonlight Sorcery-Burn.(Finnish BM) Its a deep purple cover. Absolutely insane what they did with the song.
Thanks. I will add that to the list.
