Dave , guys like Allan is very hard to find. Look after him , he seems like a guy you do not have to baby sit. he gets things done. What a pleasant person.
When Allan first arrived on the scene, he was used as a cheap laugh by the editors at his eccentricities. This shows more of his actual skills and value to the team. Really good to see. Nice work everyone evolved. 👏
It used to piss me off how they made fun of him and used him as a joke. Still does like in this video. I'd buy Allen a beer over any of those other pussies that are basically sissy sales men on roids. Used to love all of these guys until they did that shit.
Alan has been such a fantastic addition to to the Heavy D crew! His extremely vast knowledge of tools, vehicles, and heavy equipment is very impressive and a great asset. If the Wizard can’t figure it out it is my opinion no one can. Such an awesome build, can’t wait to see the party bus finished. God bless you all and keep you safe ❤️🙏
You guys are great. No mockery makes for a safe, creative environment for the Wizard to think outside of the box. Great support Diesel Dave. You're the best. It really helps to have a healthy work environment.
Lol!😂 you guys are sooo funny!!!😂😂 I used to work at Tooele Army Depot. I worked in the tear down area. I was in the bay that removed all the tires. All 10 tires were removed and 6 were replaced and 4 of the back tires were turned around and replaced for sandblasting the other 4 tires was put on a pallet until there was 4 on I worked this bay by myself. I did 6-8 trucks a day. Depending on how much trouble I had. 6 of the tires were replaced back on the truck but the 4 back tires were turned around and put on backwards I never used a forklift or an overhead hoist. I had a tire fork that lifted the tire off the axle. The back tires were turned around and replaced that way. Was not a lot of fun. Oh yeah did I tell you I’m a girl and at the time I did this job by myself and I only weighed about 110 pounds!!! 😂😂😂😂 lol 😂😂
One thing that you need to do is make certain that you have the correct wheels for what your working on ! you may have two different wheel types stud piloted and hub centricor unimount wheels!
How can you tell Allen was an amzing ad to the team?? Look at all these highly skilled, highly experenced men, just watching the wizard work his craft!! Cant wait to see the finished 'wizard mobile'!!

Love the work shop fab vids. Alen is the guy you want to build your stuff. Measure twice cut once because your still gonna have problems lmao. Fine eye to detail and knowing the process is how you get it done.
The Centurion Classic was a Frankenstein SUV. Essentially, Centurion grafted the back of a Bronco onto a crew cab body sourced from a Ford F-Series. The interior is a lot like an F-Series from this era but in the form of a 3-row SUV.
You need to replace the studs anyways. Left and right sides changed directions when you installed the front axle reversed. Can't wait to see the progress.
Allen sure knows how to make things work and if someone can figure it out it’s Allen and if he can save something he is proud of it and I think there should be more people like Allen and learn how to save and god bless you guys and keep the videos coming
That "4 door Bronco" was probably a Centurion - built form a F series crew cab mated to a Bronco rear section. - pretty popular back then when the Suburban was the only option.
this is a funny sequence to watch. I can just hear soldiers and marines laughing about getting the tires off the truck. we were made to do it with hand tools and back power.

At the end of the video where u was having trouble getting the tire on I noticed with putting a front steer axle on the back. The axle would be facing the other direction so the wheel studs would have to be change over cause of the whole one side is lefty lossy righty tighty but the other side is righty lossy lefty tighty bud lugs method
Alan obviously has skills, it seems that he's always willing to go the extra mile and avoid cutting corners. I'm looking forward to seeing that beast crab walk. Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. Proverbs offers some of the best WORDS OF WISDOM around.
Hell yeah! I love the 5 ton builds. I will have a ranch in the next 5 years and a 5 ton would go great on this ranch. Do yall have a good pulse of where to source these vehicles?
you guys seem to work great 2gether, a much better team not having 2 show off or brag about all the big $$$$ toys you have. you get right 2 it... now thats a team!.

Tightening torque required decreases when using lubricant. Never seize is actually a lubricant made for that purpose. Using a lubricant can lower the tightening torque by more than half to achieve the same clamping force. Use a torque wrench to prevent stud slipping or thread busting.
Could you guys give me a quote on how much for you guys to professionally paint my truck? I’m local and been a long time follower. You guys are the only people I would trust to paint it and do it right.
I'm wondering how effective rear steer on only the rear most axle will be. I've seen rear steer on 3 axled trucks where both rear axle steer... I'm thinking when steering the middle axle will try to oppose it. You know, like you'll be scrubbing those tires along.
Curious if you're taking the entire back axle out why you didn't leave the tires attached unhook the mounting points and roll the whole unit out instead of having to mess with Jack stand
Every time I go places I'm always struggling to to fit my other 17 coolers in the truck. Finally a reasonable solution!

It is enjoyable to see the small victories and positive reinforcement of the team. Everyone seems to work great together.
