im trying to start making this 3-D, "sculptural" peyote stitch for some animal keychains, so i thank you for making a really easy to understand video about the basics
Your work is beautiful! Could someone please help me find a brick stitch tutorial going through the beads instead of using the thread bridge? Thank you
Good Afternoon Tiffany 👋😃☕ Tiffany I have 245 pairs of EARRINGS MADE And now I don't know what to do with them all. Tiffany do you make EARRINGS? I'm obsessed with EARRINGS I LOVE EARRINGS PERIOD. Tiffany this my first time here; I just wish I found you a lot earlier than now lol 🤣🤣👍💖
They are actually different. Peyote, you stitch thru the bead. Brick stitch, it's more on the thread. They are very different, even though the look of them are even though they look somewhat similar.it would be called peyote if it was peyote stitch.
Peyote, pronounced pay-oh-tee, is named after it's use in decorating items that are used in native American peyote ceremonies. Peyote is a small cactus that has mescaline which is psychoactive. It's also known as the gourd stitch which comes from it being used in decorating gourd containers. The tribe you're referring to is the Paiute.

If I hadn't watched a different persons video, I would not have been able to get the procedure from this video. Not clear
Thank you for the feedback. I will take this into consideration for my next video.
